Malta Artisan Markets | Stallholder application | September 2021

Malta Artisan Markets open air Summer edit will take place at The Imperial, Sliema on Tuesday 21st September, 2021, from 4pm-8pm.

Although the market organisers will endeavour to make every effort to hold the Summer market on the upcoming Independence Day public holiday, in the eventuality that the market will not be held due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a change in pandemic regulations or inclement weather, half of the stallholder’s fees shall be reimbursed while the other half will be retained by the market management.
We appreciate that our stakeholders share the risk of holding these markets oudoors in the current climate. We are all in this together.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Due to the situation at hand the market management are also encouraging vendors to be able to accept contactless payments.

• ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED (Applicants will be informed about acceptance for participation prior to market deadline date)

Important notice: Due to the nature of this venue we are not able to accept food trucks. Food vendors will be allowed subject to approval. These must be in possession of a valid health and hygiene certification. No cooking is permitted inside The Imperial courtyard during the market. Please note that no electricity shall be provided at this venue.

• CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: Wednesday 8th September, 2021.

Since the space at this market is very limited, artisans will be selected at the market manager’s discretion. Once acceptance email is received payment must be made immediately to ensure participation. Stall space will only be guaranteed on receipt of payment prior to the market by the given deadline.

•Refund Policy:

If market is unable to be held as scheduled, at the market manager’s sole discretion, due to circumstances beyond our control- such as a change in pandemic regulations or inclement weather, half of the stallholder fees shall be reimbursed to the artisans.
