Malta Artisan Markets | Stallholder application | June 2021

Malta Artisan open air Spring market will take place at Couvre Porte, Vittoriosa on Sunday 13th June, from 10am- 6pm.


OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The Malta Artisan Markets team are excited to announce that we shall be curating a vintage section for this first market of 2021! Interested parties are invited to apply.

Due to the situation at hand the market mangement are also encouraging vendors to be able to accept contactless payments.

ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED (Applicants will be  informed about acceptance for participation prior to market deadline date) 

Important notice: Due to the nature of this venue we will only be able to accept a very limited number of food trucks in the parking bay at the market entrance. Food vendors will be allowed subject to approval. These must be in possession of a valid health and hygiene certification. No cooking is permitted inside Couvre Porte during the market apart from in the area designated to food trucks. As this is a daytime market, no electricity will be provided.

• CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: Saturday 5th June 2021.

Stall space will only be guaranteed on receipt of payment prior to the market by the given deadline. Once acceptance email is received payment must be made immediately to ensure participation.


•Refund Policy:

In case of cancellation due to a change in the pandemic regulations, or extreme weather conditions, and organisers discretion for such a decision, the application fee will be carried forward as credit towards the next market only.
In case of mandatory quarantine stallholder’s fee’s shall be used as credit towards the following market, against written proof of such.
In case of self-isolation regular terms and conditions apply.

If market dates are changed due to circumstances beyond our control and vendors are unable to attend the subsequent market, no refund will be given.
Please understand that in the circumstances we need to share the risk of keeping these events outdoors.  We are in this together.
